Marco Fenton Mike Williams has been handling my auto insurance for about 5 years now. Mike has been someone I could count on since day 1. When I have run into challenges, he has gone above and beyond to take care of me. He is responsive and always finds me the best deals. Ryan’s Reviews Great prices crappy service fred loya, the ladies at the long beach branch were more helpful but other branches like the santa ana one accross from the dmv sucks I love the floor though awesome color for a floor anyway at the santa ana location I was suppose to be off auto pay when I logged on the app they said I was still on auto pay than the ladies couldnt even remind me what card was on auto pay notmally u can give the last 4 thats why I say forget the headache Ill just do it myself and if there isnt a card on file why am i getting charged for no funds im probably still on auto pay I betcha im gonna have the money in paypal just incase

A. Rex Stonefield deserves all 5 stars. I had a relatively challenging situation which two other brokers and my efforts at dealing directly with carriers were unable to resolve. Spencer picked up immediately and settled it in one call resulting in a policy with the same level of coverate for literally one quarter of the price I was getting quoted elsewhere (even though some quotes were coming from the same carriers). And he did that job with kindness, professionalism and empathy. If youre looking for a local broker that cares and can actually get the job done, look no further.

Jason Safa Lisa is awesome, my business has a lot of investment properties and lisas office has been top notch with any issues we have had with any of our many properties. Her staff is very attentive and follows up quickly which is tough in the insurance business.

Caitlin Lhommeau We couldnt more highly recommend Geoff and Karen to help with your insurance needs. They have fair policies on paper, and when you need to actually use them, Geoff and Karen are there to help you. My husband was in a car accident last year. Everyone was okay, but its a huge inconvenience. Geoff and Karen helped us get the process started quickly. The car was evaluated within days. State Farm took care of the rest, including receiving payment from the at-fault drivers insurance company. We have also had our home insurance policies through them in the past. Geoff went up and above to communicate with escrow, loan, and real estate agents to make sure we had the correct coverage. Really bummed State Farm is no longer offering home insurance policies in California. Our new company makes us feel like were on trial just getting the policy finalized(makes me fear for ever needing to use it..). Basically, call Geoff and Karen for your insurance needs. Theyre friendly and honest. Theyve been through all our big life moments and they ease your mind that, even if things go wrong, youll be taken care of.
