He answered his phone, spent the necessary time to help me with my Life Insurance Policy and was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I will be doing more business with him in the future. Two years ago I decided to go into business for myself and needed accountants professional liability insurance, which I found out is no easy task. Tom was not only able to get my the coverage I needed, but he made sure to get me the best coverage there was. I was so pleased with Toms outstanding customer service that I immediately switched my Farmers home and auto insurance policies over to Tom. He was also able to get me a great landlord protector policy! I have been with Farmers for over 10 years, and prior to Tom, never experienced such excellent customer service nor was I able to connect with an agent. Tom George always has his clients best interest in mind and will always go above and beyond for them. I have referred Tom to my friends and family, and they couldnt be happier.
