1 /5 Jessica Gaspar: In her work hours is says she works at 9:00am-5:00pm from Monday-Friday and every time you try to contact her,she don’t answer and every time you go to her offfice she is not there it’s locked. I once contacted her and she never answered the messages nor the phone calls. So if she doesn’t answer the calls, you think she would answer an emergency call? I don’t think so

1 /5 Ceci Fonseca: Sandra was my agent for a while and I did not have any issues with my car insurance. However, she dropped my policy without warning and I have been trying to contact her for a few days to reinstate my policy. She is completely unreliable and I had to get a new policy with another insurance company. I wouldn’t trust her. Also, my parents are having issues with this agent.
