Home insurance, family health insurance, Business liability and workers comp policies - Riskguard have got me covered in all of them. And its really a pleasure to still see a family run operation thriving in SF these days. Geoff, Christine, Kelson and the whole Riskguard team are all absolutely amazingly helpful. I really enjoy working with them, because not only do offer excellent customer service (they shop around to get their clients the best possible coverage at the best possible pricing) - they actually go above and beyond and make my family feel like part of their family. They pick up the phone (what a novel concept!) and answer your questions right away, they will call or email your insurance carrier on your behalf if you have any issues - the team are just incredibly helpful. Its a side of business that sadly is lacking from many companies these days. When I had to file a claim after a minor fender bender on my way home from work, I was honestly nervous. I called their claims department, and they were incredibly helpful. They walked me through the process step-by-step, which was such a relief. A couple of days later, I received a call from Jessica just to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. It made me feel valued, knowing they cared about their customers. What really impressed me was the follow-up after the claim. They called every six months to review my policy and see if there were ways to save me money. I appreciated their proactive approach and the fact that I’m not just another policy number to them. I can confidently say I’m sticking with this company for the long haul and have already recommended them to friends and family here in Concord. They genuinely care about their customers, and that makes all the difference
