When setting up each of our insurance policies, Mimi explained the options well, offered useful information, and made great suggestions without being pushy at all. When I had to file a claim, both the State Farm claims department and Mimis office were all helpful with the entire process. I was able to conveniently submit all necessary documents online, and I received the claims check in a timely manner. S S This location is such a gift - and such a better option than the experience of the DMV for vehicle registration and any DMV services that can be provided. The representatives are knowledgeable and personable yet professional. I highly recommend this location and having a AAA membership. The wait times have rarely exceeded 20 minutes and they are open on Saturdays.
