But most importantly for me is the transparency and education to what I’m getting myself into. I have not had a single provider go into the amount of detail that Sam Olson went into, and I felt completely understood the entire process. He was completely transparent with what I was buying and recommended different options. There was no script or pushy sales tactic he knew what to recommend and I encouraged me to look at different options. While I had procrastinated and missed several deadlines, Sam was still extremely flexible and I appreciated his repeated efforts to find me the right plan. I could not thank him and his team enough. Home Insurance experience will vary, they have been bringing some policies in-house to work under one login like Auto, but they partner with 3rd parties depending on your area.
