Carmen Naranjo Had the most amazing experience from beginning to end, Marcy did help me to Navigate through the process in a very knowledgeable and professional way, shopping for insurance can be very stressful since rates are in the clouds but having the peace of mind that you’re dealing with a serious agency that has high standards, who’s gonna look after your benefit and treat you with courtesy and respect. I contacted the agency for auto insurance and ended up getting renters and shortly will be having a meeting to get life insurance as well. Allstate rates are very competitive and Jimmy’s agency would be my to go place for all my insurance needs. That been said I highly recommend Jimmy Dang’s insurance agency to friends and family cause once you try it you’ll never go anywhere else!

Mark Cheong Michelle is the best!! Extremely helpful with excellent customer service. I initially had an issue because the rep I created a policy with (later ended up relocating to another branch) accidentally gave me a 6 month policy rather than the year I wanted. When I called them Michelle totally understood w no fuss and gave me the year policy on the spot over the phone. Sometimes with these insurance companies it’s hard to get great service without your pockets getting a bit lighter but she hooked it up w ease!! Five stars. Boom.

Cristina Jimenez Rancho Del Sur Insurance embodies everything I appreciate about excellent customer service. Cheri is responsive, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate that she will give it to me straight on whether I need the coverage or not. Her expertise gives me peace of mind to know that she has my protection needs covered. I dont care if 15 minutes will save me 15% or more. If I can reach Cheri on a local number and talk to a person immediately and have someone looking out for me, I would be willing to pay a premium for that.
