Cassie Ferrick I had the absolute pleasure of getting to work with Jaime in their DMV department to register my out of state car here in CA and he was beyond kind, helpful and informative during every step. He made the entire process so smooth and painless, it was honestly a breeze and relieved so much stress as registering an out of state car in CA can seem so daunting. It’s not every day you can say you had a good time at the DMV. Francky in their memberships department helped set up my AAA membership and he was also so nice and made me feel very confident in the membership option I chose. So easy to get it set up! Overall a wonderful experience here at AAA, they will make it all so easy for you!

amy kirkman Stuck on side of road. I have progressive through trinity. You think with my phone cutting in and out the agent would handle all necessary calls to get me the help i need. Road side assistance is a wonderful thought but with nobody willing to assist is useless. 3 calls later on hold and still not able to verify to truck driver that bill is covered.

Jessica Dishmon Michael Short is definitely a great agent. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable, honest, quick and efficient. He answers my calls and questions within a very reasonable amount of time; Usually within less than a 1-2 hour time period.
