5 /5 Christopher Schulz: Kimberly has been very helpful with my insurance needs. Our family has relied on Farmers for over 50 years. Other companies were a big hassle and very difficult to work with. Especially when my parents passed away Farmers took time with us and helped us with the transition of the estates insurance needs. It was very helpful during a very hard time and being treated like a person rather than an account number is a big reason why our family trusts Farmers.

1 /5 Lynette Bradley: Kimberly spent an hour on the phone with me one day and sent me an email with the form that she said I needed; when I reached back by text and phone for clarification on completing the form and specific questions regarding surrendering the policy, she didnt respond to my text messages and emails, which by way she stated was the best way to reach her. I called her office and was told she was busy that morning. To this very minute I have yet to hear back. I suspect she dropped off because there was no money to be made with my transaction, it was all processing paperwork. It appears that if its not money making or important to her, she simply doesnt feel the need to respond. Her lack of professionalism is cause for great concern. I would never recommend her to anyone, ever.

5 /5 Tee Time: My husband and I have been insured through Kimberly for over two years now and she has gone above and beyond in handling us with tender love and kindness. There is no way that I would support the business of a "racist," a "racist" I know that Kim is NOT. Ask me how I know... I too am asian and proud! It is rather unfortunate and saddening for me to see such a hurtful and negative review of our agent. Please do not allow the experience of one unhappy person to depict the experience of happy people. We are happy with Kimberly and we love Kimberly and we support Kimberly 100% as does she continue to prove that she supports us 100%. Treat yourself to an agent who cares alongside the rest of us! Support small businesses and lets not seek to destroy one another lets love one another.

5 /5 Ritwik Ghoshal: It feels good to write this review about Kimberly Graves, she has been my insurance agent for a long time now. I have my home owners insurance and car insurance with Farmers. Since I started working with her I have bought and sold several vehicles, my cars needed work done (windshield crack replacement etc.) and as a first time home owner I had lot of questions (what is and is not covered, premiums and deductibles and so on) about my policies. The most amazing things about Kimberly are her excellent communication skills and willingness to go above and beyond to help her customers. Whenever I need to reach out to her, she is either readily available, or she would call me back (if I leave a voice mail) or respond to my email within hours if not minutes. Also she is excellent in her subject matter expertise, it seems she always has the answers to my questions on top of her head. Overall Im very happy with her being my agent, Ill highly recommend her for all of your insurance needs. Job well done Kimberly, keep up the good work!

Kimberly will make you feel like family with her sweet and kind personality. She knows her job well so I highly recommend her.
