J Williams This company has always done right by me, I feel, for the years I have been with them. Everyone has always been customer-oriented, well versed, knowledgeable, professional and most friendly. Of great significance to me has been the time they are willing to take to customize/individualize insurance plans based upon my needs, while carefully explaining all things to me, while also showing me ways to save money. Their patience combined with their varied skills are top notch! Ive had personal dealings with both Joelle, and now Brian, both of whom have displayed careful consideration of my needs and Brian even went as far as to personally drop off comps he had prepared for my perusal! That was so very nice, most convenient for me, and impressive indeed! And utterly unexpected, too!
