From the very beginning of our business relationship, hes been so prompt and responsive with everything--placing the policy the same day, returning calls within minutes, sending us any needed documents the moment they are needed. When running a construction business, there are so many different types of insurance we need and so many different vendors and clients that need copies or certs. Half the time I cant remember where I filed the insurance documents and I can always rely on Elijah to send me the most recent policy. That alone saves me countless hours each year. Ive used many other agents in the past and none of them compare to Elijahs customer service, even after the sale. We use Elijah for our personal policies as well. Highly recommend!
