We were blown away by the way he explained reconstruction coverage for our house, and we were always averse to purchasing life insurance because we’ve always felt the rep did more selling than explaining. Brian seemed like he couldn’t care less whether we purchased policies or not—that his most important objective was educating us. Great experience.

5 /5 Lisa Mckee: Gina Casebolt has been invaluable to me through the 10 years that I have been with this Farmers branch but never more so than when I was trying to navigate the CALIFORNIA FAIR PLAN. She worked tirelessly with me when American Modern dropped me then came back and offered me a plan that was a budget buster. I panicked and had to figure out what to do next. Gina calmly brought the temperature down and answered ALL my phone calls and emails, and I had a thousand questions, before and during the process. I never felt like I was alone, she just took the reins and together we figured out a plan that worked for covering my insurance requirements AND my wallet. But let me say that I really put her through the paces and she was sweet to me throughout the entire process. I was even sick of myself at points, with my endless questions, but she never was exasperated with me. She is diligent, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and kind. I’ll stay with Farmers solely for the personalized care and attention I’ve received from Gina, through the years. I’m confident that if a real incident arises, I can pick up the phone and her voice will be on the other end. And if she reads this, thank you for your help, Gina, really! You are a gem!
