2 /5 Fabiola Duran: This is my second year doing my taxes I’m only 20 so I’m still new at all this. Yes, they’re friendly but don’t really explain well on what’s going on and aren’t good with their schedules . I would ask and she would just tell me the same thing. I had to go about three times to finish my taxes this year I went the first time 40 minutes to see me, the second time an hour, and the last trip took 45 minutes to see me. It’s ridiculous! The women that schedules the appointment kept apologizing but the actual women (Brenda) doing the taxes didn’t apologize. Which was upsetting!
