I did not understand part of the policy and I called my agent who had written up the policy, but she was unfriendly and unable to explain the terms to me. So, I started calling other insurance companies and came across Wayne Miller. He is so knowledgeable. Even though the policy I currently had at the time was not from his company, he was so kind and took the time to explain it to me. Then, I asked him about his rates and found out I could cut the rates by about 50% and still have the exact same coverage. I immediately switched to Wayne Millers office at Farmers. It was a very wise move. He and his office staff have been great to us, and we would recommend him to everyone looking for any type of insurance.
