Regarding an issue with mine and my fiancés account , while it is very stressful, on the phone when asked a question about proof needed Evan started getting frustrated and remarked that’s “he’s too old to deal with this, he isn’t going to deal with this, and is transferring me over “ getting rude and unapologetic and transferred me to Eduardo. Eduardo remained professional even though he could not help us either or refused to. I highly recommend Statefarm as my agent Mike has always been patient and understanding at explaining things. If you are newer to having insurance and have questions this office isn’t for you.
