He said hed follow up by email, and did, and added that hed forgotten to include roadside assistance as an option, and detailed what is covered. An overall great experience. Theyve also hired somebody new named Amanda. This State Farm has been responsive and competent, since David Wong bought it about 3 years ago (I was a customer of the previous person, who retired) and I found Tre to be an outstanding member of the team.
