Ruby Christene Upon reading the stellar reviews of Sam Jewelry I decided to have my special custom 925 Silver Hawiian Heirloom Bracelet resized I showed Sam the bracelet because of the continuous floral design he wasnt sure if it was a good idea so I brought it in and we discussed it, he was able to accomodate me, to take some off without disturbing the design. Oh My :) when I received my bracelet today I was Over Joyed it looked fabulous he took a little more than a inch it was aprox a 9.5 Bangle and turned it into a 8.5 which was perfect I gave him another one for him to go by and he matched it perfect!! It took 2 weeks exactly and it was worh the wait he is "Magnificent". I was so happy to see it again the perfect size I wanted. Thank you Sam for your impecable work. The entire staff at Sam Jewelry is fabulous the lady who waited on me today was such a doll. Yes I am Very pleased with the work here I will be back for sure If I need a ring sized or something else this place is Stellar, Beautiful Work, With Such A Warm Atmosphere. Jordon After being referred to Anthony by a friend of mine I decided to come in to have my watch repaired and my moms jewelry cleaned. Anthony had my watch repaired next day along with the jewelry cleaned (cleaned very well I might add). Ive dealt with a lot of jewelry stores and this was BY FAR the most positive experience I had thus far. No pressure and Anthony took the time to educate me along with answering all of my questions! Impressed with his service I referred my brother here when it was time to for him to get a custom engagement ring for his soon to be Fiance and once again was blown away with the stellar service we received. Again, Anthony took the time to educate both my brother and I on diamond engagement rings, center stones, settings. Then he worked patiently with us to design the perfect engagement and wedding rings, all within our budget! Beyond the amazing service, the icing on the cake was how close it was to us, based in Tustin, at the District, it is in the heart of Orange County! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Anthony as he has served our whole family at this point and several of my friends from designing custom engagement rings, to finding rare Hublots, Rolexs and Breitlings to watch repair and everything in between! The other perk, is that Anthony is seemingly available 24 hours a day, once we met with him, regardless of time he is always there for us in times of need! LOVE THIS PLACE!
