They replaced the crystal rose as part of their 2 year warranty! I was so happy and thankful. I’ll definitely comeback and purchase new products. Thank you!

Then they gave $ for the stuff I wanted to sell on the spot. I got them to value stuff I didnt want to sell too, for free. What a great, easy experience. I trust them, super local business. Professional, showed up on time, communicative, organized, she even took great photos/videos of the event and made sure to tag us on IG. As a customer: I got an ankle bracelet and she had a great selection of chains. Again, she was very professional, had all the supplies she needed, checked her work after she was finished, and I love my new jewelry. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Sydney P. Originally was looking for a wedding band that was unique but still reliable and actual silver. Shipping and receiving it was fast and I adore it. I haven’t small finger so sizing can be weird and often detail gets lost in small rings. This ring is stunning and the detail is clear. I look forward to wearing my ring often! Vanessa Hernandez I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me.
