Danny Peccorini I was looking for 22k gold bangles and I dont know anything about the price for gold. I went here and Amjad broke everything down for me and gave me a quote. He told me to shop around which is quite unusual since he wasnt being pushy about making a sale. Well I did compare prices and nobody could come close to the price he gave me.. She is wise and insightful, and the perfect guide if you are looking for a memorable & rewarding experience in customizing, upgrading, or purchasing fine jewelry. I first went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band re-imagined into a new piece, keeping the original diamond from the solitaire as the focal point. Sadie intuitively knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to make some excellent suggestions. The jeweler is also very creative and artistic, so he made some enhancements, and what I got back took my breath away!! My husband was also super impressed, & loved the upgrade!! Well, riding that high, I brought in more pieces of jewelry and was able to transform 2 heirloom pieces, and do a partial trade-in with another piece for 2-carat diamond studs. The aquamarine pendant on platinum is an absolute show-stopper. The aquamarine is huge, but wasn’t set on a usable piece of jewelry. Sadie and the Jeweler turned it into a MASTERPIECE, that still kept the spirit of the original setting. Lastly, my family ruby ring was able to be a partial trade-in for an upgraded piece with higher quality rubies and diamonds. Overall this is one of the most fun shopping experiences I’ve ever had! I loved getting to be a part of the creative process, and see how my ideas were run with, and turned into something even better than I knew to hope for. Sadie is an absolute GEM (pun intended) to work with. Blue Diamond Jeweler really has the dream team in place. I can’t wait to go back!

Jonathan Lin Can’t begin to describe how great this place is. Dave is a wonderful salesman, was extremely patient when showing us all the different options for our wedding bands. Whenever I had a question, Dave answered them quickly and thoroughly through text and phone call. The service is top notch compared to some of the bigger brands, who you have to deal with customer service representatives. When we put our deposit for the wedding bands down, we got the CAD almost 1 day later. On top of this, Dave’s expertise led to great recommendations and a beautiful wedding band for my wife. The lab grown diamonds on the ring are amazing and an extremely good deal for what other brands were offering. We got a nice 9 diamonds 3.5 mm band for less than a couple grand. It is definitely made well and we love it. I highly recommend this place, if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they can also custom order and make CADs to give you a preview I will be coming back here for a gift for my wife 10000%

Carol King Yoga ER Sawyer is the best place in Santa Rosa for whatever you need or want. Repairs (like restringing), changing a clasp so you can use the bracelet or necklace, replacing earring posts.- all well done. They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.
