Lady Gagalka Tamara did an excellent job fixing a unique necklace of mine of which a piece had broken off. She recreated the missing piece and laser welded it back together. Me and my partner purchased some beautiful claddagh rings and she is refitted them to our size fingers. Tamara knows so much and can custom make jewelry for you down to the finest detail. The store has so many cool things to see. Definitely worth checking out!

Rob Scharf I had been to a number of jewelry stores looking for a nice watch to go on a silver & turquoise band I have had since 1977. The stores did not have anything &/or the personnel were snooty. That is until I walked into Ben Bridge at the Roseville Galleria where Vanessa G offered assistance. She was FANTASTIC. She guided us through the pros and cons of many watches at various price points and considered what watch would fit on my band. Once we selected the watch, Vanessa jumped through hoops to be sure the new watch fit my wrist with the new band then moved the watch to my old, sentimental band. David Gulotta I was looking around a few places for an engagement ring...when I walked into Scorpion Jewelers it seemed different. I didnt feel pressured when I was looking at their options. I told the lady Vicky what I was looking for, the budget that I had in mind and then she started showing me a few options. She was very nice, respectful and not pushy or trying to "sell me." The most important part to me in looking or the "right ring" was something different and special. She also told me that they were a custom jeweler so they could make or change anything. Which was a huge help...I ended up seeing a 3 stone princess ring that I liked and wanted to switch out a few stones to Sapphires. So I got a price quote and decided to sleep on it. I came back the next day and put down the deposit and was told it may be ready in a few days. To my surprise, I received a call a few days early from Vicky that it was ready for pick up! From the very beginning to the end when I proposed the entire process and purchase was as smooth as I thought and hoped it would be. And.....she said yes! And absolutely loved the ring!
