1 /5 M E: do not go to this place. stated at 80$ a month now over 180$ a month. keep calling them to lower bill and they say will take 60$ off since will dont want full coverage they took off 20$. it has been 4 months now and they still havent took off the 60$ a month. what a joke. stop riping people off. how long does it take to fix the price. and as of 10/22 just charged me over 160$ for two old cars that are 20-25 years old. Allstate does not help low income people. California’s Low Cost Automobile (CLCA) Insurance program. what a joke. you should be ashamed of yourself!

The staff are always looking for ways to help and to save us money. we have had claims over the years and never had the slightest issue. We periodically check the competitiveness of the pricing and we have always come out ahead and that includes the content and coverage not just the price.

Most of my phone calls have been answered on the spot, and voice messages returned promptly. David and other agents are very knowledgeable, as well as patient and detailed in their answers.
