Danny Day: Allstate Insurance - Anderson (CA)

1 /5 Delila Lewandosky: I’m not a fan of Allstate. I listened to the commercials, all about accident forgiveness. I was hoping that if I ever got in any kind of accident that a claim wouldn’t raise my rate. Well about 2 years ago I backed into my maintenance man’s van because it was parked in a weird spot behind my driveway and I didn’t see it, well that DOUBLED my insurance rate, and it still hasn’t gone back down. I can’t wait to find a better insurance company that will actually look out for me and follow through with that they promise customers. I was told that there’s a law in California that says that they don’t have to do accident forgiveness so they just don’t do it here. False advertising.

2 /5 Chuck Wicks: The truth is I had the proof about my claim and I personally felt that I didn’t get the backing I thought I should of from this agency, that’s why I will no longer deal with them and my wife took over. Now on another note the older gentleman that helped us first with are claim doesn’t know what he is doing and the young lady that took over from him was helpful! Have a happy Independence Day!

5 /5 Lil Deme31: They are the only insurance company Ive used ever that actually does their job without having to call and remind them about things and when I do call to have changes made or to add home policy or another vehicle they always have a low price. They explain everything involved and they deal with the car lenders and the home lenders for you in terms of insurance. Every experience Ive had with this branch in Anderson California has been nothing but fantastic. I highly suggest you use them as an insurance company and I dont even live in Anderson.

2 /5 Ronald McDonald: The agency itself is average, but I cant say enough negative comments about Allstate. We have been with them for over 35 years with our home and 6 vehicles and out of the blue they canceled our homeowners policy. The part about being in "good hands" is bull. So went with another company for our house and shortly will cancel my auto policies too. Cant trust a company that does that to their customers. We had just got a letter from them thanking us for being a "loyal" customer and the next day we get another letter saying our homeowners policy was canceled. Hey! That loyal thing works both ways.

4 /5 David Bull: Just a new customer but they were very in tune with what is best for my car insurance needs. Very friendly and helpful service. My monthly premium is lowest that I have ever had. I am very pleased that my friend recommended Angela from Allstate.
