Richard Williams Placerville is my home branch of this bank even though I have moved 2 hours away. When my new checks were lost in the mail I called the branch. Summer answered, remembered my by name (the staff at this branch are amazing for their personal care of customers), and immediately began to assist me in addressing the issue. She froze the account, took down all information on outstanding checks so they could be paid, gave me detailed directions on next steps to open a new account and reassured me that all would be fine. She even updated all of my data so when I went to a closer branch to open a new account it was very easy for them. I really appreciate the level of service and care received by Summer and the others at this branch.

I have been dealing with Cris Cabanillas and operations manager Anne Hepfl for several years now, dealing with a variety of complicated financial issues. My aunt and uncle used Cris’ services for years and he developed an excellent relationship with them, something that wasn’t always easy to do, as they could be prickly and difficult. As they got older and more infirm, Cris’ expertise and care was increasingly needed, and he was always there for them. Now as trustee of their estate I have negotiated a lot of ground that was unfamiliar to me, with Cris and Anne’s help. I have found Cris and Anne to be remarkably honest, diligent and professional.
