Ellen Toscano Matto insurance is a SPECTACULAR company!! They are professional, communicative, responsive, and always incredibly helpful. They helped me find terrific homeowners insurance which wasn’t an easy feat because I live in a high risk wildfire area. Other insurance brokers quoted me much higher for very similar coverage. I am VERY pleased with Matto and all the work they’ve done for me!! I also have my car insurance through Matto and may be adding on other things as well. If you want a truly trustworthy insurance company, give Matto Insurance a call immediately. I could not recommend them more!

Ryan Dougherty Jim and Theresa are fantastic! I have been with them for over 15 years. They are always super helpful and knowledgable. We recently had a tricky fire damage claim on our homeowners insurance. They helped us expedite our claim and really move things along. Jim even came out to our home personally to assist with the inspection. This group is exceptional! You will be in very good hands. We are grateful and very happy to have such a great team on our side.

Serenity Vann This insurance company must be a scam. I was hit in a car accident by someone who had this insurance. My insurance dubbed it not my fault therefore it was American national’s responsibility to cover the costs. They gave me a case worker, Charity, who never answered a single call. I left at least 6 voicemails and was never reached out to and eventually they stopped answering my calls all together. I never got any insurance pay out because this company refuses to work at all. Do not pay these idiots anything.

Laura Pablo is the best! I wish I was able to give him 10 stars.. He is very professional and has a great attitude. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood.
