She patiently helped me unravel new renewal issues. Frazier followed up to make sure I did not miss my wildfire insurance due date. I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and had no idea how to get my claim dealt with and Brian gave me really helpful advice on how to deal with the State Farm claims department.
