I called the office & spoke with Fabiola Sanchez. Fabiola was able to pick up exactly where Alexandra left off. They are organized & keep very well documented notes. No need to repeat your conversation. Later Fabiola also me with another matter. She is responsive & follows through. I am very pleased with the service. I’m a 40 yr plus State Farm customer & will continue to stay with this office.
