1 /5 Benjamin Farrington: I have had really bad experience with this company! Our insurance lapsed, and our truck was stolen. Three weeks later without a call from Coast. We had no Recourse for the loss of the vehicle, and what was in the vehicle. We were in the middle of moving Residence right at the time the vehicle was stolen so we did not receive a letter from them either. A simple phone call would have let us know that our insurance was about to expire. When we called Coast to get some help, they were very rude to us and did not sympathize with our situation at all. I would strongly suggest finding someone else for your insurance needs.

2 /5 gary Sumsung: The reason I am leaving a bad review is based off not having enough agents to help us out . I been there a few times and this place is always short on staff or either the staff are not qualified for certain policies and there’s always new staff coming and going ( new hires ) . The only ones you truly can count on is Brenda narez and the manager Aida . Ask for them . I’m not sure who is operating the company but they need to have more help and Qualified agents who are fast and efficient. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE , GREAT DEALS BUT LACK OF HELP AND AGENTS . YOU WILL SIT THERE FOR A WHILE .

1 /5 karl harrison: Needing a title transfer. Dmv being closed. i choose to go to coast auto insurance in Capitola. Great staff!!! the problem is the $50.00 processing fee. Should such a fee be taken during the pandemic? I wouldnt think so.It should be returned. Karl Harrison

1 /5 Joseph Taylor: This agency was recommended by family , They suggested i speak to mrs. Aida . I been in a few times an ask for her after work 3:30 and she hasnt been available quit a few times or the assistance manager . so i went to watsonville agency
