1 /5 Congo Beat: Yeah. I get why they r so lowly ranked. At 4pm on a Friday they’re “closed”? Really? Trying to payoff a vehicle, but they don’t want to talk to me. Not to mention the 4 minutes (yes I timed) of trying to work my way thru their phone tree system

1 /5 A Mecler: I made my final payment on my auto loan and Chase duplicated the payment. I have made several phone calls to customer service only to be told the payment was rejected but the funds were withdrawn from my bank account for 2 transactions. I never authorized 2 payments. Customer service reps seem to not care. They are dismissive and repeatedly tell me the wrong time frame I should expect my money to be returned. Not one person tells me the same thing. I fulfilled my obligations to Chase. They have committed fraud by taking an authorized payment from me and not returning it.

1 /5 Kadee Gittel: My bank account was hacked and all my payments are having issues going through right now. I called in to try to give a different account to run my payment through and they were not understanding or helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was rude and hung up on me! Terrible terrible terrible customer service. It’s one thing to not be able to help because of policy but it is a whole different situation to hang up on a customer.

1 /5 April saafir: Chase Auto and their employees are scam artist! After carefully planning to payoff my car , and being especially happy to accomplish this milestone, they sent my title to the wrong address. This is after I updated my new address before my final payment. When I called in to follow up, victor and hector ( call reps) played their role. They also conveniently have no record of my inquiries regarding final payment and the process. Thanks chase auto. I hope i can save someone else from dealing with this horrible company and the situation they have caused. Your service is trash!

1 /5 KAREN CHALLACOMB: If i could give a 0 I would. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I am re-financing my car loan and they sent Chase a check to pay off my loan and chase returned the check I dont know why. The account showed it had been paid off and then I had to wait for them to re-instate the loan so I could pay it off and I was charged more interest and made a payment that they show was reversed but never put back into my account. I have been dealing with this for over a month now. You cant go to a branch because they dont have the Auto Financing in the branches. It has to be done through E-mail or phone calls.
