The guard at the door remained kind and helpful to everyone walking in, I commend his patience for repeating himself so kindly so many times. The person who helped me at the window was very kind and helpful. Busy building but the system works efficiently with people who care.

Doug is highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and top-notch with his recommendations for investments. He is easy to talk to and very responsive to calls/questions you might have. He doubled some of my investments in only one year! Kristi also is top-notch. Very professional but also easily approachable, quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and truly caring. These are attributes I have equally found in Doug.
