Kataya Jesus with Speedy Insurance is an awesome insurance agent. He is very kind, and is especially helpful, and really cares about making his customers happy, and making sure all needs are met, all questions are answered, and all problems are addressed with the best of his ability. He went out of his way to help me find a really good and more affordable deal on my car, knowing I needed help urgently and couldnt do it later- he focused on my situation to resolve things right away. He answered all of my questions thoroughly in ways that I could understand, and was patient with me. Now everytime I call Speedy Insurance, I ask to talk to Jesus. Thank you so much for your help

Paty Stickles My husband called Dugans in the hope that they would take the time and effort to give him an estimate of Medicare costs. He was very happy that Sam the owner gave him all the info he needed for Medicare even though we would not need it for several years. That was the great part, Sam took the time to help my husband even though Sam knew he couldnt get his business for several years as this info was to be used for a projection in our upcoming retirement. Erin McCormick I came into state farm with my brother one day when he was paying an auto and homeowners bundled insurance. He raved about how they helped him keep insurance on my grandmothers house and that these ladies were so kind and patient with him. The situation was a complicated one. The house was old and there were so many issues to navigate. While I was there I spoke to the ladies about my own personal situation. I had left a difficult relationship and had to remove my vehicle from the old state farm policy I currently had and move it to a new policy that gave me independence. They were able to transfer it for me, seamlessly and discreetly. My situation again was sensitive, but state farm really goes above and beyond. I didnt have any extra costs with the transfer. FNL Amazing service. Needed an office insurance ASAP as we were moving to a new business location and my insurance company was not able to transfer our policy even thought the new and old offices were in the same building. I contacted Robert and Amy and they assisted us to get the a new policy on time. They even coordinated with the building management throughout the process and showed proof we were in compliance with the insurance requirements and able to move in.
