1 /5 Saitza Figueroa: This place is beyond unprofessional, I work for a dealership and the Agency was contacted with at least an hour and a half before closing as one of our customers needed to add a car onto their policy. customer was on the phone with an agent for 30 minutes assuming that the changes were being made, we were informed that they needed information from us via email provided all the info asked for payment method from the customer. We were under the impression that the changes had been finalized we were waiting on the email for 15 minutes. at that point in time, we had customer contact agency again, this is when customer is told that they are barely going to finalize the changes. This was so unnecessary for the customer as he was not able to leave until we had confirmation that change was finalize.
