I was really concerned that I would be out of my depth when I began the process of bankruptcy not knowing what to expect and not sure what would be required on my end. Jason made me feel understood and easy about talking with him. He answered every question and put my mind at ease. Bankruptcy is a hard decision to come to but he gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for me in my situation. I feel as though a large weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I know this was the only choice I could make,and I know it is just the beginning of the process but I feel I will come out with a better situation for me. 5 /5 Rachel Lockridge: Jason and his team were very helpful with the process of filing, I honestly don’t know how people file for bankruptcy without a lawyer. Jason listened carefully to our situation and made the recommendation to file ch. 13 instead of 7 which was what we originally intended to do but after hearing pros and cons to both, we agreed that 13 was a better move and we’re glad we had Jason to walk us through the process. Also very prompt with getting back to us about questions we had. Highly recommend!

I was very nervous filing bankruptcy and trying to find a good lawyer who cares about there clients and not to take from them, also how some attorneys have these high fees just to start!
