Heather Daly Poor service. These places exists who knows why. Maybe cause they have to (state) have it but it’s a joke. I called, an attorney called back, submitted paperwork and two or so months no one calls back, no return phone calls or emails. I even volunteered to pay for services if needed but nothing. Good luck trying to have someone call you back and get information. They should be ashamed of themselves for putting the elderly through this.
