5 /5 peter robbins: Everyone is always so helpful, especially Shaun, with whom I have worked for many years (if not decades), but the others really no less responsive. And Allstate has always taken very good care of us regarding claims, both automotive, homeowners, and landlord policies. To me, the manner in which they handle claims is at least as important (if not much more so!!) than the premium costs. In that regard, in my opinion based on over 40 years with the company, they have earned the right to use their slogan "Youre in good hands..."

She let me know all of my available options and looked for the best ways to SAVE ME MONEY! It feels like she knows the industry inside and out. Call her for your insurance needs. When I expressed concern with the expected CA Fair Plan increase, she said that when she sends me a copy of her current review, shell send an estimate with higher deductible. She also asked about our car insurance needs and provided several quotes. She presented me with options. No a pushy high pressure sales pitch. I very much appreciated this. Thank you Sarah!!

When I had to evacuate my place, my renters insurance with Carley Pickern took excellent care of me a well. Rachel is my go to girl in the office whenever I have an accident or insurance questions.
