C R Progressive unfairly raised my rates after an accident where debris hit the underside of my car on the freeway. They labeled it a collision and said I was at fault—how is that my fault? To make it worse, they never told me about the rate hike or fault decision. When I called, the rep admitted they “forgot” due to switching to digital notices. Totally unprofessional. I’m leaving Progressive and will never recommend them to anyone. Terrible service and even worse communication.

Derek and his team have gone above and beyond in explaining and triple checking every discount available to me and because they care so much about the clients, they have taken a personal interest in lowering my cost. Derek was referred by a friend in that area and he was kind enough to take me on even in another city as I live in Los Angeles They are sympathetic due to this hard economic climate and do everything in their power to make it affordable so I will be protected in these times of SUE HAPPY. I do not want to risk losing my home or going broke for some crooked bandit to leave me without the proper coverage. I will now look into a life insurance policy as I would hate to be kicked out of my home if something should happen to my husband because I could not now afford to pay the mortgage without my husbands part and this really worries me as we all have to check out sooner or later and I dont want to live my older age on the streets.
