Ed Franco I’ve been a client of the Ortiz Insurance Agency since 2005 and have always provided me with superb, efficient and courteous service. Every time my insurance renews they call me to review it and answer any questions. Their staff is always ready to help and even Marco, the agency’s owner goes out of his way to answer my questions. I know I can maybe pay less someplace else, but the first class service I receive from them is well worth the money I pay every month.

The COO, as well as the rest of the staff attended my requests immediately and turned this experience around. I will recommend NewFront to businesses - especially start-ups and scale-ups.
