Lisa Petrie This Insurance is the BIGGEST RIP OFF! They fee you to death! Conveniently the website is always unable to take payments but they charge you to call and make a payment! The staff is rude and I would never recommend them even to my worst enemy! What a JOKE!!!

Alex Obispo Not a good choice , and I learned it the hard way. Just when I needed an urgent help in updating our store information, I cannot get help with any live person. And their AI support suck! Customers need to speak with a live person for christ sake. I used both the phone and chat to ask for support. Both had a messaging that their phone support and chat are closed when I am reaching out on the Thursday (7/10) at 2PM in Alabama. Common start working please. Your support should be opened monday - friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is the worst customer service I ever had with any insurance companies. For sure I will plan to move.

clayton egan These guys have brokered my Roofing Companys insurance for several years now ..The customer service is top-notch Mary was very patient with me for my renewal as I am a very busy and old school guy. I can pound nails but computer keyboards are not my thing.. The last couple renewals I also spoke with Pascal these folks are like having a local agent just down the street.. He is very client focused and has always tailored the insurance to our needs! 15 years ago when we purchased our home he advised me to get a certain type of insurance coverage I never considered getting. I am very grateful that he advised me to get it because the insurance came to be very valuable to us when we had issues with the property. It would have cost us a significant amount of money out of pocket but the insurance covered the payments. He has also insured all our cars which has great coverage and a good price!
