1 /5 Candice Ruiz: I have called numerous times during business hours with no answer. I leave messages with no call back. I stated I did not want to renew my auto insurance and they still charged me.

3 /5 Evelyn Juarez: Well i get car insurance here i live in another town ans having to drive out to oxnard to try to make a payment or talk to an agent only to get here and its locked during work hours or nobody is there or they run later every time is kind of stressful id just perfer doing things direct i guess

1 /5 stephenie magallanes: I have been coming to this place for over 15 years, and it started off as an awesome place when Ignacio was running it but ever since his snobby wife took over and started running it this place has gone down hill. She opens the place whenever she feels like it. Sign says it opens at 10 and she walks in at 10:30 and doesnt even apologize and when I questioned her if the sign was wrong she was very rude and didnt care that people were waiting out in the heat for her. She had no customer service skills what so ever and spoke down to me as I tried to get information from her. Ignacio Bucio was very customer service detailed and went over and beyond to help people and Sofia is the complete opposite. Do NOT go to this place because I was just informed that Ignacio doesnt the handle auto insurance part of it. This was not the first time that she has came in late and I heard it from others that she comes in as she please and it happens during lunch as well. CAUTION!!
