5 /5 Jenna Kimberlin: Brian and his team are wonderful. He always responds to my messages right away and everyone in the office is super sweet. I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and had no idea how to get my claim dealt with and Brian gave me really helpful advice on how to deal with the State Farm claims department. I ended up getting a better settlement than I anticipated because of his suggestions. Hes a super nice guy and we have been with him since 2001. Def recommend!

State Farm is known for their world-class insurance coverage, but Brian and his team are what make it feel "like a good neighbor." World-class service by a team that really cares. Hes been at this for a long time. Google Map Reviews and Yelp didnt exist when I chose to work through him as my agent. This review is long overdue. If youre looking around, look no further. Give them a call, youll never have better peace of mind.

5 /5 Lisa L: Brian is the best insurance agent I have had. He always returns calls/emails promptly, and one really feels like he is there to help you and provide the best insurance advise. He genuinely wants to help people with insurance issues, share his knowledge and not just sell policies. When I had issues with my fathers agent (as I am responsible for his insurance needs) his agent wasnt helpful and took days to call back. I wanted to transfer the policy to Brian, but internal State Farm policies wouldnt allow it. Brian provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision and then got my fathers agent involved to push things through even though there was no financial benefit for him. Not too many agents would do this, let alone follow up to make sure all had been taken care of.

Whenever I need Brians help he is readily available to answer questions and to give expert advice. His well trained staff is always friendly and helpful as well. Recently, a condo we own sustained water damage from a broken water pipe in an outside wall. The water damaged the ceiling, walls, floor, water heater and fireplace. I was able to speak with Brian the day the damage occurred. He made recommendations regarding repair companies. He answered questions about how best to file a claim and gave valuable advice on what to expect from the condo management on the issue of liability. Brian Takemoto is unfailingly courteous, impressively knowledgeable, and readily available to help. His dedication to seeing his clients through difficult times has been evident whenever Ive consulted him. Brian is the insurance agent you want when you need one the most.
