When I lost my son wrongful death claim was the furthest thing from my mind Id say it was non existent. His mother had tried to keep my rights as a father from me and her attorney had used tactics that potentially could have kept me out of loop. I went to this office to see if we could work together. The attorney assigned was very passionate about the case being a father as well. Even though I was brought in so late that it would be next to impossible to file he did it and he did well I never felt like he was only looking for pay check, in the end the office did the case for next to free for me they had taken what I owed them for the reports filed which cost money to file and charged me as if I was a minor to take Less money.
