By the time my case concluded, I had been billed roughly $39,500. While the work was completed and the invoices itemized, I was surprised by the overall cost given the relatively straightforward nature of my situation. From my perspective, the billing contained a significant number of short communications and administrative tasks billed at the full hourly rate, which added up quickly. Although most of the charges were for substantive legal work, the total expense still felt disproportionate to the complexity of the case. While others may have different experiences, I personally did not feel the cost reflected the value I received. If you’re considering this firm, I recommend asking for clear estimates up front, setting cost limits in writing, and reviewing invoices carefully as the case progresses.
