1 /5 Mehdi Najib: Be honest I would like to give them 0 star , after 15 years of membership canceled my account because of Worst customer service, every single time when we call to orange office to ask them questions no one knows whats going on and put me on hold for long wait and after that says we gonna call you back and let you know but never no one contacted me and do again and again till next month to received the notice for DMV because my agent send my renewal contracts to different person who have nominal similarity oh my God are you serious???? I didnt know I drive my car with out insurance for few months and Igot surprised aftre call my agent to ask her whats going on and how we can fix the problem but she didnt care at all and do the same put me on hold and never called me back just wanted to share people to be careful of this people they seating in office only to get paid.

Had talked to three different insurance agents to no avail. Kam was my fourth and diligently worked with me to go over various options. He was always responsive to my requests and demonstrated a true desire to fulfill my needs. He told me proudly that he treats all of his customers like family and has established lasting relationships as a result. Felt like a long survey. I quit on them and found this ad on google. First try and it was an easy fast and comfortable process. In the middle of another appointment I had to rush to. Thanks again
