Another Planet’s Hell Farmers Insurance agent Shawn Looney issued a homeowners policy in my name without my authorization. When I emailed him demanding he remove my name from the policy, he wrote back, "You guys clearly have some family things going on that have nothing to do with me. The policy will be cancelled." Setting aside the unprofessionalism of his reply, he clearly conceded what he did: issued an unauthorized policy. When I replied to his email demanding he not contact me again, he almost immediately emailed me again. No boundaries. No conscience. No remorse. And now you know.

I signed up my son for driving lessons with AAA, and Randy was assigned as his instructor. I must say that Randy has been an exceptional instructor. He consistently treated my son with kindness and respect, making him feel comfortable and confident during every scheduled drive. Randys punctuality was also remarkable, as he was always on time for each driving session. Thanks to Randys excellent guidance and support, my son was able to pass his driving test on the first attempt.
