1 /5 Phil Graves: My policy was running out I had one month left on the old one when I bought a new car. I wanted the best insurance possible Seeing that it was a new car. My new policy would run $1744 per year. I got my Visa bill for the one month Left on my old policy with the new increased benefits. Was I shocked when they tried to bill $320.81 extra for one month of the old policy. Now multiply that amount by 12 months! Thats over $3800. I called up to complain and you could barely hear the agent over her crying baby and cats. They obviously work out of their homes now. I got no satisfaction at all with her so I canceled my policy with them. Im going to contest the balance with my credit card company. These people are scammers. Do not do business with them!

3 /5 Jae Escobar: Reasonable prices/cost for Auto Insurance. When visiting in person, however, whats stated to be a business open from 10 am until 6 pm, I tend to have the fortune of waiting outside for approx 30 mins to an hr...why? Not sure. Just be warned.
