1 /5 Emy Castaneda: I would NOT recommend buying insurance from this broker. Their customer service and communication with clients needs a lot of work. Unfortunately, my policy was canceled without any notice or reason, and when trying to find out about the source of cancelation, I wasnt able to get a reason, not even from upper management. So I had to get insurance from a better brokerage company..

1 /5 Kelly Ringue: This company seemed like they are good upfront, but then they drop the ball. I requested a workers comp quote for months to no avail. I have been with them for years. My workers comp policy was dropped, from the 3rd party they obtained it from ans they never notified me. So then my license was suspended. I then still went with them and they couldnt get me even a new quote for 2 months now. I am fed up with their lack of professionalism. I mean we are talking about my wellbeing how I pay my bills and feed my family. Iam disgusted with their lack of effort for a 4 year plus client of theirs. If I were you I would find another broker.

1 /5 Joel Coronado: Super pricey insurance, dont go there, don’t waist your money with them, they don’t care about customers, the service they give is so bad, they increase my bond by a %300 , thats so stupid, i ask them why and they did not tell me a specific reason, only bulshit, there is no cero star in the review , otherwise i will give cero start, one is too much for them

1 /5 Daniel M: This insurance company uses a bait and switch tactic when acquiring new customers. I have two contractors license and for 1 of the license, I got a 3 year bond with them and during that period California increased their minimum bond coverage amount from $15,000 to $25,000. Ferrante requested extra money for the increase in bond coverage and I refused because the amount they were requesting would’ve costed as much as me initiating a new bond at other companies such as CSIS and etc. While on the phone call with Ferrante, I asked him to check my 2nd license and why that one doesn’t have a request for extra money. He told me that it’s because the bond was purchased from a different marketplace and the bonding company hasn’t requested for it. I’m believing everything he is saying up to this point. Fast forward 2 days, I get a request for extra money on my 2nd license. Talk about suspicious timing. Would definitely not recommend this company due to their business practice because it seems like it’s Ferrante making the decision to increase, not the bonding company. Take your business to CSIS or Rickey’s. I regret getting my bond from them as the money I thought I’d be saving wasn’t saved.

5 /5 Brad Hannah: If you are looking for insurance I would highly recommend this company. This is the second time I have done business with them and would not even consider going anywhere else. They are fast, courteous and professional. These folks make it a pleasure to do business with them!
