1 /5 Leslie LaPage: Horrible customer service called them for a quote. Ask them if they were bidding out as a brokerage company and then the girl started giving me attitude on the phone. I asked her if when she was sending out the quotes who are the major carrier she was sending them out too. She wouldn’t tell me. And then I asked her if it would include Fire only then did she tell me no it would have to be through California since now 90% of the insurance carriers are not ensuring California homes for Fire even though they aren’t even in LA county Really horrible experience don’t use these guys at all. There’s so many other brokerage companies out there. You don’t need to go to these people.
