He is very client focused and has always tailored the insurance to our needs! 15 years ago when we purchased our home he advised me to get a certain type of insurance coverage I never considered getting. I am very grateful that he advised me to get it because the insurance came to be very valuable to us when we had issues with the property. It would have cost us a significant amount of money out of pocket but the insurance covered the payments. He has also insured all our cars which has great coverage and a good price!

S - S A big shout out to Jasmine Muzac, travel advisor at AAA in Vacaville. My daughter & I decided at the last minute to take a first-time trip to Disneyland and needed help to make it happen. It was just luck that we connected with Jasmine. Jasmine is very personable with excellent customer service skills. Her willingness to efficiently accommodate our short notice trip made the process seamless. She quickly arranged flight tickets, hotel reservations across from the park, entry tickets, and lightning lane passes, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for both my daughter and me. I would definitely recommend Jasmine, and plan to use her again for my future traveling needs.

So afraid I would never feel the same about Allstate. While I havent actually met Ryan I have done business with him and find their office just as professional as Michaels was. My representative Ana is dedicated, detailed, knowledgeable, helpful and an absolute delight to work with. She made sure I found a plan that worked best for me and covered everything that I needed. I would also like to add that Julia was very kind, understanding and sweet. While Ana was out of office, Julia stepped in to assist me and answer some of my questions with ease and certainty.
