1 /5 P S: Mandy needs an attitude adjustment. I know its hard to hire good people but she really shouldnt be in customer service. Im considering moving my business and personal accounts if I have to keep dealing with her terrible attitude.

1 /5 Lupe Garcia: If i can give a negative rating I would. Currently waiting because a check was given to me fiancé from work cannot be cashed out due to owner of check having issues on his part. Elder lady with glasses as the teller was rude and not willing to help out, not even willing to talk with owner of check on the phone while she screamed at us. A manager had to come to try and help out because the lady was not being professional nor willing to help. Worst bank do not recommend!

1 /5 Chris Wiles: The tellers lie customer service lie. Terrible place to bank. They talked me into leaving my bank and opening an account. Big mistake. Everytime I deposit a check they put a 7day hold on it like Im committing fraud. I do not recommend this place at all

1 /5 KoG Void: I highly recommend not coming here if your on a schedule, I was told the wait would be short, ended up waiting 30 minutes just to get told it would take longer. Watched the line for the tellers clear once while waiting. Make an appointment before showing up if handling business other than depositing check/getting cash from ATM.
