1 /5 Brittany Massaro: Didnt want to give it any stars. Maria is the worst. The firm has great fast response and information. Maria was great to start with and got me excited to get my project over with as I felt I finally found someone who could handle the work and I was going to get it resolved. However she ended up being very rude after a couple emails, of nothing but communication and eagerness to connect the dots with what was going on. She even went as far as cancelled my appointment for the following week. Maybe it was the way I worded the email asking her to make sure our appointment was with her because I had been working with her and I believe the secretary scheduled it with a different agent, or maybe Maria just didnt read it right, but If you want to be treated as a client with professionalism and respect, go elsewhere, or they will put it on you and tell you that they want clients who have trust in them and noone at the office can assist you.
