Marcia Albright Susanville Ford has been wonderful as our service provider for both of our vehicles over the past years. Friendly and supportive service EVERY TIME!! We know we can rely on them for all of our auto services and really enjoy communicating with everyone who works there. Now with a mobile Ford certified mechanic available to come to our home we are in 7th heaven.

Jon D Kim is great. She does a very good job of identifying areas you can use help either currently or in the future. Shes very good at explaining things using laymans terms and relating to your individual situation, to the point where even an uneducated country boy like myself can understand. Shes very knowledgeable but not smug about it like some of the advisors i have dealt with elsewhere. I highly recommend Kim, If youre looking for somone to help with financial planning.

Balachandra shanabhag Most of hotels in South Lake Tahoe were full when I was looking for room in busy winter weekend. Rooms were decent and clean. Easy access and no parking issues. Breakfast was good and coffee was surprisingly nice. Only thing I didnt userstand was late check-in time of 4pm. Most hotels have check in time of 2. They have hourly rate for late checkout as per display in lobby. $12 per hour after 11am and full day after 2pm.

Robert Garza John provided excellent service and provided the best numbers by comparing “apples to apples” . My family and I really appreciate all the hard work he put into making an already stressful situation that much easier. Everything was conducted in a timely manner. I highly recommend john!
