Lauren G. Chris helped me and gave me some good options for insurance. I appreciated how he listened and the process was made really simple, I don’t even have to go into the office for the process. He was quick too at getting back to me. This is my new insurance place. And I like that they’re local so if I needed something I could go into the office to get help. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Smart Buy Insurance Center!

He offered competitive rates that we couldn’t pass up and is easy to get ahold of when needed.

Matt Martin I was with a different Farmers agent/agency/business when Jesse acquired them. He called me personally when I was about to be late for a payment to my California Fair Plan, which I get administered through Famers somehow. My regular Farmers insurance is all on auto payment, but not CFP because theyre part of the government and therefore strive to be as difficult as possible. CFP would have dropped me from my plan if I didnt make the payment that day. Jesse saved me and got my payment over the phone. Im pretty sure CFP never sent me a bill... they did send me several notices that said "this is not a bill". I was looking out for the bill because I knew it was due soon and wasnt sure how to pay. CFP probably screwed this up, but luckily Jesse had my back. Highly recommended. Very personable guy.

She was professional yet down to earth in getting insurance for us when others would not or give us the run around. I liked her confident demeanor and felt like I knew her for years but its only been months. Instead of 5 stars I wish I could give 20. Thank you Bertha for being such a great agent!!!
