Michael Scott’s Allstate Insurance Agency is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented agency I have ever worked with. I am so grateful that I am able to contact them anytime and have my questions answered quickly and accurately. So afraid I would never feel the same about Allstate. While I havent actually met Ryan I have done business with him and find their office just as professional as Michaels was. Carlos and his team are always extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Most of the time when I call their office one of them will pick up the phone almost immediately -- I am unaccustomed to such great service anymore (as most of us could probably attest to), and am very grateful for their ongoing support.
