Danny Klorman Jake is hands down the best there is. Hard working, blazing fast, and he gets it done. He is honest, straight forward, and will be very upfront with what kind of coverage he can offer, and wether or not he can beat out your current insurance, if you are switching carriers, which I really appreciate. I hate insurance companies, and I hate having to deal with adding policies, making claims, etc.. But Jake and his team have given me a new outlook on the industry. A text or a call is all it takes, and Jake will move mountains to get the task done. 10/10 recommend using the Sorensen Agency for all of your insurance needs.

Miguel Ojeda Everything was fine, but there was one option I didnt like. They dont allow you to keep the car after inspecting it and declaring it a total loss.

robert nyden Chris is a true professional and very knowledgable when it comes to the ins & outs of commercial insurance. I contacted several insurance brokers for quotes for a general liability insurance policy for my swimming pool construction business. Chris called me back within an hour and got to right work for me and my policy needs. One of the great things about Chris is he answers his phone and responses to text messages -- which is the same way I run my own business. Cant thank you enough Chris for all your help!

John Lee I am 3rd year customer and I didnt have any issues I guess it depends on who your rep is... I deal with Ivy and I didnt have any issues. I have usually contact her via email and she always help me lower my business insurance.
