Courtney Gray I just have to say that Bill Murphy Ins. has the best agent/broker I have ever worked with! My husband and I struck out trying to get an old vessel insured but Natalie put multiple weeks of effort into applying to what felt like every vessel insurance option there is. She gave daily updates, sent applications in on our behalf 100% of the time, and spent hours googling options for us. It was really just the best experience I have had, you could tell she was truly rooting for us. We have been working with countless other brokers for this task and none of them compare to the effort and care she has provided. Carlos and his team are always extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Most of the time when I call their office one of them will pick up the phone almost immediately -- I am unaccustomed to such great service anymore (as most of us could probably attest to), and am very grateful for their ongoing support. Jessica Akins Skip is amazing and handles everything for me I don’t have to do anything. It is so nice to have one less thing that I have to worry about. I changed banks at one point and forgot to change it and he notified me right away that the payment didn’t go through and he was able to process everything and updated for you right then in there!
