5 /5 Octavius Blackwood: Avoid This Agency! If I could give zero stars, I would. William W. White Insurance Agency took it upon themselves to initiate a commercial vehicle policy with Progressive Insurance without my authorization after Allstate informed me in October 2023 that they wouldn’t renew my policy in 2024. I had already secured coverage with Mercury on November 15, 2023, and even sent the agency an extra month’s payment. Now, for nearly a year, I’ve been harassed by Progressive Insurance and a collection agency (Caine & Weiner) over a policy I never agreed to. Despite reaching out to both Mr. and Mrs. White on March 27, 2025, I have yet to receive any response or effort from them to resolve this issue. I strongly advise against doing business with this agency. Their lack of communication and questionable practices have caused me unnecessary stress and financial trouble.

1 /5 maxine stenhouse: TERRIBLE customer service!!! Teresa White was unprofessional, rude, condescending, and out right lied when I asked a question. After being loyal customers for 30 years, we sold our house and had to cancel our service, and we were met with aggression and unprofessional attitudes. Avoid them at all costs!

1 /5 Joseph Dunnavant: Where to even start. I had a policy with them for a couple years. Bought a new vehicle, had them switch it on my policy, but they ended up just adding a second vehicle to my policy. A year and a half goes by and I reach out to them about getting homeowners insurance and that’s when I find out i have been paying on two vehicles the entire time. They ensure me that they will remove my other vehicle and look into getting me my money back. Back and forth I speak with not only this agent, but also their customer care agents, and multiple times I have been reassured it’s being fixed. From September 2023 to the end of December 2023 I have been calling and emailing and not only do they NOT remove my old vehicle but they cancel my policy twice, and I haven’t seen 1 penny from basically paying them twice as much for 1-1/2 years. Their communication is literally the worst. I have multiple emails and phone calls where they don’t respond for WEEKS. It’s literally always something with these people and I’m waiting to see some resolution before I take this agent to small claims. I’m 35 and I have never been treated so poorly from any insurance company ever. 4 months of lying through their teeth about fixing my policy. I would steer as far away as possible from these people. There are definitely better agents, and probably a better company, to buy insurance from. If and when I ever see my money again I’ll remove this but at this point I severely doubt it.

1 /5 Isimeeli Faupula: I would leave a 0 star if was able to. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I wouldnt do business with this company if it was the only one on earth. Avoid please! Teresa is very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. The whole office are useless scam artists. They are friendly when they want to take your money, but when I found a way better deal I tried to cancel and get a refund and they avoided all contact. Still no refund months later/still getting charged. I will be looking into legal action.

2 /5 Alison Stokes: I have NEVER talked to this agent. My original agent sold his business to this agent. I ONLY receive nonsensical marketing emails from this new agent. Which is probably my hazard insurance policy has gone up approximately 30%; he needs to pay for his marketing software! Nevertheless, it’s time to shop and go elsewhere. Long gone are the customer service touches of past. Allstate is a good company, but beware of this guy. This is all about the bottom line-MONEY! 07/14/22: I haven’t slandered you! I just received an email from you increasing my premium. You have increased my premium every year regardless of claim activity. Are you retaliating?! SMH. You can say what you want about three people trying to contact me. I have never heard from any of you! I live in San Diego, will be leaving your agency VERY soon. You are an unscrupulous businessman!!!
